WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Since we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this timeframe will be denied. However, once you receive your order, you may return it for a full refund.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for processing during holidays and sale events. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and they will be shipped within 1-3 business days after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

The prices on our website are tax-free in GBP (£). You may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order, depending on your local customs regulations. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR DAMAGED ITEM?
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please email us with your order number and photos of the product. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return or cancellation request.
